These terms apply when you use yorkermedia.com or pay us for a service. By doing either, you accept them.

1. Who we are

This website and our services are run by Yorker Media, a sole proprietorship of Ratnesh Kumar, registered in India (Udyam registration number UDYAM-BR-13-0027076) and based in Gopalganj, Bihar, India. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Yorker Media.

2. What we sell

We sell paid placements on Yorker Media's websites: sponsored posts, link insertions, mentions, directory listings and top spots. Each order is agreed with you in writing (mail is fine): the site, the page or new post, the content, the links and the price.

Our terms for paid placements apply to every paid placement, together with these terms. If the two ever differ, the terms for paid placements win.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are set out in your quote or invoice.
• You can pay by bank transfer, by card or by PayPal. Card payments are processed by our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
• A card payment covers the order or invoice shown when you pay.

4. Delivery

Our services are digital, so nothing is shipped. We deliver by publishing the placement on the agreed site, after payment (where due) and once we have the final content, and we send you the live link.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order at any time before it is published. When you get a refund, and how, is set out in our refund policy.

6. Your content and links

You confirm that you own or may use everything you send us (text, images, logos and links), that it is lawful and accurate, and that the pages you link to are lawful.

7. Using this website

• The information on this site is general and may change.
• We link to our own brands and to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of websites we don't run.
• Don't use this site for anything unlawful, and don't try to get around its security.

8. Search engines and AI

Search engines and AI systems are welcome to read, index, train on and cite our content. This applies to content we own; logos, product images and other material from other companies belong to their owners. The one thing we don't allow is republishing our articles as your own or as someone else's.

9. No guarantees and our liability

We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, clicks or sales.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or rankings.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already paid for keep the terms they were bought under.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Gopalganj, Bihar.
